RDS Client is a program that allows you to provide support to your customers by controlling their computer remotely.
No pre-installed software is needed on their computers. Clicking a link on your website, entering a support agent number and clicking connect is all your customer must do to grant you full remote control of their screen, mouse and keyboard.
All connections are client initiated, and RDS Client works through almost all home and corporate firewalls.
The RDS Client can be customized with your corporate logo and screen text may be altered to meet your corporate requirements (license terms and conditions, disclaimers, etc). It will look like your own branded remote control software!
